We will offer this class in 2013

We will learn the Art of Co-distillation (more than one botanical) from ancient recipes

explore advanced distillation techiniques

Not a beginner's class - Must show prior distillation knowledge to attend

Class size will be limited to 12

*We also have a minimum attendance that has to be met before workshop is finalized.

We will finalize no later than 30 days before workshop. Please do not book airfare before 30 days.

We will provide the following meals:

• Light breakfast (cereals & fruit) and beverages ( Friday Saturday & Sunday)
• Fresh salads and breads for lunch and beverages (Friday Saturday & Sunday)
• 2 Catered Gourmet dinners - (Friday & Saturday)
