Refund Policy For Product
We are committed to our Customers:
If there is any problem with an order or product we want to hear from you. Please contact us as soon as possible regarding any damaged shipment. We insure our shipments and will send a replacement if possible or offer a store credit or refund.
Because we deal with perishable products we are unable to accept any returns. To protect our customers, we simply can not restock an item after it has left our facility.
Preorder deposits are not refundable. Because we contract months in advance against our preorders we cannot offer a refund or credit your account if your circumstances change.
Crop Failure or Shortages:
If for any reason there is a crop failure or shortage that prevents us from filling your preorder we will let you know as soon as possible. At this point you will have a choice for a refund of any unfilled portion of your order, offer a comparable substitute or credit your account, whichever you prefer.
