This gentle botanical toner brings together three plants appreciated in traditional herbal skin care. The aroma is fresh and herbaceous, with the bright lift of lemon thyme layered over the soft green notes of meadowsweet and witch hazel.

Witch hazel, historically used in Native American traditions, to support bruised and inflamed skin and muscles, still remains widely valued today for its ability to help refine and calm the appearance of irritated skin (our product contains no alcohol or added preservatives). Meadowsweet has been used throughout European herbal traditions, with its naturally occurring methyl salicylate contributing a minty aroma. Once the body breaks it down into salicylic acid it provides analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects as well as a host of other restorative benefits. Lemon thyme has a clean lemony fragrance and with its naturally low pH and an abundance of aromatic compounds such as geranial and geraniol it contributes to healthy, balanced, and thriving skin.

Together, this trio of hydrosols creates a balancing and restorative daily toner that is good for oily complexations and is perfect for teenage skin.
