This powerful trio of botanicals is our go-to for traumatized skin issues, bruising, or inflammation. Each plant has a history of use in traditional skin care, where they are appreciated for their calming and supportive qualities. The aroma is soft, sweet, and lightly fruity, with warm notes of caramel, honey, and dried hay as it settles on the skin.

German chamomile has been traditionally used in botanical skin preparations intended to comfort and calm the complexion. Helichrysum, historically used in Mediterranean herbal traditions, is often included in blends for, bruised, delicate, or environmentally stressed skin. Lemon verbena is fresh, clean, and bright. It is used in aromatic botanical waters for its uplifting character and anti-inflammatory properties

This botanical water may also be used as a soothing compress. Simply soak a soft cloth or cotton pad and place it over the skin for five minutes or more, re-moistening as needed, allowing the gentle character of the plants to settle into the skin and refresh the complexion.

This hydrosol boasts compounds like bisabolol, italidiones, nerol, and geranial to name a few of it’s active and potent components.
