This gentle botanical toner brings together three plants long valued in traditional herbal skin
care. The aroma is soft and calming, with the sweet, apple-like notes of German chamomile
layered with the warm herbal character of helichrysum and the bright lift of lemon verbena.
German chamomile has been traditionally used in botanical skin preparations intended to
comfort and calm the complexion. Helichrysum has a long history in Mediterranean herbal
traditions and has often been included in preparations used for delicate or stressed skin. Lemon
verbena adds a fresh, clean brightness and has traditionally been used in aromatic botanical
waters.
Used after cleansing, Calm & Restore leaves the skin feeling refreshed and gently renewed
while helping prepare the complexion for oils, serums, or moisturizers that follow.

This botanical water may also be used as a soothing compress. Simply soak a soft cloth or
cotton pad and place it over the skin for several minutes, allowing the gentle character of the
plants to settle and refresh the complexion.
